Our name TNT Tabanca - TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO Tabanca - has a few meanings however we use as to be love sick for something like carnival or curry tabanca common phrases used on the island. Arun's love for home is his Tabanca.
We offer the freshest Roti & Doubles as well as an array of other authentic Caribbean cuisine.
We have a huge selection of all your favorite drinks from Peardrax, to Solo to Angostura Rums and even Stag, Carib & Mackeson.
Our recipes are a collection from Arun's family in the Southern part of Trinidad and a few little secrets from his Aunty Seema's formally in Diego Martin, just down the street from Bobby's Bar.

ABOUT
Founded in 2015, TNT Tabanca is known for it's authentic Trinidadian dishes. Owners Arun and Wendy Bhagwandeen pride themselves on delivering hot & fresh Roti's every day. Their blend of fresh seasonings and spices set the bar far above all others in the local area.
Arun grew up in Penal, Trinidad learning all about the Roti Shop business working with his auntie "Seema". From a young age Arun assisted his auntie where ever he could and has brought that knowledge with him to TNT Tabanca.
Wendy and Arun met 8 years ago and instantly Wendy fell in love with the cuisine and the 'how to' of Caribbean cooking. Since then the pair have been cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
TNT Tabanca is family owned and operated. We are always available for your comments and greatly appreciate your feedback.
